Okan is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Saskatchewan in Canmore. His research interests include catchment hydrology from headwaters to regional scales, hydrological processes and water quality. He currently contributes to the GWF Core Modelling Team and the Planetary Water Prediction Initiative by focusing on predicting the water future of the Aral Sea Basin in Central Asia.
